8.         RESOLUTIONS:

 

2010-73:        A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Tri-City Consortium on Aging, to continue and extend, on a month to month basis, the previously approved contract with Tri-City Consortium on Aging, which provides essential services for the City’s senior residents, and declaring an emergency.

 

2010-74:        A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Senior Transportation Connection (STC), to continue and extend, on a month to month basis, the previously approved contract with STC, which provides Senior Transportation Services, and declaring an emergency.

 

2010-75:        A Resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to transfer funds in accordance with amounts listed in Ordinance No. 2010-25.

 

2010-76:        A Resolution accepting a certain bid for the collection and disposal of solid waste and for container recycling (Waste Management).

  

9.         ORDINANCES:

 

2010-24:        An Ordinance making appropriation for current expenditures of the City of Mayfield Heights, State of Ohio, during the period of January 1, 2011 to and including March 31, 2011.

 

2010-25:        An Ordinance amending Ordinance Nos. 2010-5, 2010-9, 2010-13 and 2010-18 the appropriation expenditures of the City of Mayfield Heights, State of Ohio, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010, specifically the transfer and supplemental appropriation of funds in various accounts, and declaring an emergency.

 

2010-26:        An Ordinance amending Chapter 951 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Mayfield Heights, pertaining to the Community Center.

 

10.       MOTIONS:

 

To authorize payment of $24,022.56 to Great Lakes Petroleum Company for gasoline and diesel fuel for various departments.

 

To authorize the sale of used vehicles per bids received as follows:
