9. RESOLUTIONS:
2010-59: A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights in denying to Aleksandr Labunskiy a request for a variance to widen the existing driveway a the property located at 6589 Vallevista Drive, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
2010-60: A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights in granting to Cathy McClurg, on behalf of Parker Hannifin, a request for a variance to place a 108 sq. ft. identification sign on a 124 sq. ft. brick wall on the landscape mound adjacent to Interstate 271 at the property located at 6035 Parkland Boulevard, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
2010-61: A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights in granting to Sam Paros, on behalf of Cork-N-Bottle, a variance to conduct outdoor sales (food service/dining) at the property located at 6724 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
2010-62: A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights in granting to Sam Paros, on behalf of Cork-N-Bottle, a 64 space parking variance tin conjunction with an outdoor seating addition at the property located at 6724 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
2010-63: A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights in denying to Nikolay and Alla Davidenko a request for a 72 square foot variance to build a storage shed in the rear yard, at the property located at 1263 Jackie Lane, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
10. ORDINANCES:
2010-16: An Ordinance – special purpose flood damage reduction. (Third reading)
2010-19: An Ordinance approving the editing and inclusion of certain ordinances as parts of the various component codes of the Codified Ordinances; providing for the adoption of new matter in the updated and revised Codified Ordinances; providing for the publication of such new matter; and declaring an emergency.
11. MOTIONS:
To authorize payment of $12,992.58 to Great Lakes Petroleum Company for gasoline fuel for various departments.
To place a moratorium of one year on allowing Internet Cafes in the City in order to research pertinent data relative to the subject.
