1. Call to order and roll call.

3. Acceptance of minutes of last meeting (10/12/09).

4. Correspondence and announcements.

5. Comments from the Public. Please note: Each person will get five minutes to speak with a maximum of 30 minutes for the public portion per Section 121.02 (h)(8) of the Codified Ordinances.

6. RESOLUTIONS:

2009-58: A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights in granting to Beth and David Uzzo, a variance for a two and one-half foot (2 ½') setback variance in order to allow the 120 sq. ft. newly constructed shed to remain on the existing pad, which is 2 ½ feet from both the side and rear property lines, for the location known as 1252 Sunset Road, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

2009-59: A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Pfund Superior Sales, authorized dealer for Lifeline Emergency Vehicles, Inc. for an ambulance.

2009-60: A Resolution accepting a certain bid for the Mayfield Road/I-271 Interchange landscaping improvements.

7. ORDINANCES:

2009-28: An Ordinance amending Ordinance Nos. 2009-6 and 2009-20 the appropriation expenditures of the City of Mayfield Heights, State of Ohio, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2009.

8. MOTIONS:

To cancel the regularly scheduled Council meeting of October 26, 2009, due to lack of an agenda.
