8. RESOLUTIONS:

 

2009-54: A Resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor.

 

2009-55: A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights in denying to Ray and Denise A. Pritchett a 404 square foot variance to construct a 25' x 24' (600 square feet) storage shed in the rear of the yard located at 31313 Cedar Road, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

 

2009-56: A Resolution accepting a certain quotation for the implementation of a wellness program for the Division of Fire (Cleveland Clinic Health System).

 

2009-57: A Resolution requesting the County Auditor to advance real property taxes from the proceeds of tax levies pursuant to Section 321.34, Ohio Revised Code.

 

9. ORDINANCES:

 

2009-27: An Ordinance authorizing the continuation of a Section 125 Premium Only Plan in accordance with Internal Revenue Service regulations.

 

10. MOTIONS:

To authorize payment of $12,735.00 to Great Lakes Petroleum Company for diesel fuel for various departments.

TABLED ITEMS:

Resolution No. 2009-39: A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights in denying to Tony D'Agostino, on behalf of Scrambler Marie's, a request for a 24 square foot variance to place a 30 square foot secondary sign on the north side of the building, for the location known as 1394 SOM Center Road. (tabled on 6/8/09, no suspension)

Ordinance No. 2009-24: An Ordinance enacting Chapter 1180 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Mayfield Heights, pertaining to Mixed Use District. (tabled on 9/14/09, three readings held)
