SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA

6.       RESOLUTIONS:

2009-46:       A Resolution accepting a certain bid for salt (Cargill Salt).

2009-47:       A Resolution accepting a certain bid for a Sport Utility Vehicle (Statewide Ford).

2009-48:       A Resolution accepting a quote from TAC Computer for the purchase of computer equipment for the Police Department.

2009-49:       A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights in granting to Arnold J. Eisenberg, Inc., on behalf of Catherine L. Mangino and Tucky's, a three (3) space parking variance to open a sit down/carry out counter service restaurant at 6232 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

2009-50:       A Resolution authorizing the acceptance of a standard easement for the installment and maintenance of a water main for the purpose of supplying water service to 1394 SOM Center Road, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

2009-51:       A Resolution retaining the services of Gerald F. Piasecki Jr. as a plans examiner for the City of Mayfield Heights, Ohio on an as needed basis and establishing the compensation therefore.

7.       ORDINANCES:

2009-24:       An Ordinance enacting Chapter 1180 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Mayfield Heights, pertaining to Mixed Use District.  (Second reading, public hearing September 14, 2009 at 7:00 P.M.)

8.       MOTIONS:

To authorize the preparation of specifications and the advertisement for bids to purchase various types of exercise equipment for the Fire Department.

To authorize the preparation of specifications and the advertisement for bids to replace one of the rescue squads in the Fire Department.

To authorize a payment to Schnurmann House in the amount of $1,200 to assist in placing a new bus in service.
