Stop Motion Animation

This 3 week class at the Ross DeJohn Community Center will be taught by eduactors for the Progressive Arts Alliance.  Students in Third through Fifth grades will learn about animating in this fun, hands-on introduction to stop motion animation.  The students will work in production teams and create their own story and bring it to life frame by frame through animation.  During the workshops, students will take their story concept fromstart to finish by learning to storyboard, construct a set, animate and briefly edit their films.  Student's final movies will be uploaded to YouTube.  This program is limited to to 25 participants.

Who: Kids in Third through First grades

When: 3 Saturday afternoons, February 7th, 12th and 21st

            From 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Cost:  $45 per person
