Mayfield Heights is home to more than 19,000 residents and over 29% of them are age 60 or above! In partnership with the cities of South Euclid, Lyndhurst and Highland Heights, the city of Mayfield Heights has a relationship with the Community Partnership on Aging. The organization was established in 1978 to support independence and a healthy lifestyle by providing programs and services targeted to the interests and needs of people 60 and over. At Community Partnership on Aging, we believe that quality of life and a positive sense of well-being are improved when residents have access to opportunities to be engaged in meaningful, purposeful programs, volunteer work and activities. That may mean different things for different people but our staff will help guide you in ways to be involved with us that best suit your lifestyle. Please take some time to familiarize yourself with our organization by exploring the website or contacting one of our offices. We welcome your involvement and your feedback!
