Whether your interests are in getting/staying fit, health and nutrition, the arts, social/leisure programs, educational programs or classes, volunteering, trips or just an opportunity to meet new or old friends, Community Partnership on Aging offers a variety of programs and opportunities to meet your needs!
We offer programs and opportunities at four different locations (other opportunities in the community):
Weekday Congregate Meal -The lunch program is offered daily and consists of a hot lunch served at 11:45 AM. Reservations are required the Wednesday before the meal is served and may be called to (216) 650-4029. The program is made possible through funding by the four cities, Title III funds from the Older Americans Act, through the Ohio Department on Aging and the Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging and many volunteers. It is open to anyone age 60 and over, regardless of where they live. There is a suggested donation of $1.50 for the older adult and $6.49 for a guest.
Beginning January 23, 2013, a weekly congregate meal will be offered at Ross C. DeJohn Community Center. This meal, funded in part by Cuyahoga County through the Health and Human Services Levy, will be held on Wednesdays. Transportation to and from the meal will be available to eligible riders. Regsitration is required in order to participate. Please call 216-650-4029 for more information.

Evidenced Based Programming -currently, we offer Matter of Balance classes throughout the year but will be expanding evidenced based programming in the near future. Check our website often for new programs.
