News

The Community Partnership on Aging in collaboration,
with the cities of Cleveland Heights and Solon,
recently released a survey which will be used to help
guide decisions about future programs and services
to support aging independently in the community.

Residents of South Euclid, Lyndhurst, Highland Heights,
Mayfield Heights, Mayfield Village, Cleveland Heights, and
Solon can find the survey wherever they find their
monthly newsletter, which includes the community centers
in all cities and several businesses in the CPA service
areas. Residents may also find the survey online at
www.communitypartnershiponaging.org or by clicking
on the following link to go directly to the survey:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/F3FMHVJ.

Additionally, in an effort to plan for the rising number
of older adults, the Community Partnership on Aging
is seeking feedback from residents age 55 and over
in the communities it serves (South Euclid, Lyndhurst,
Highland Heights, Mayfield Heights, Mayfield Village)
regarding the types of programs and services residents
feel are important to support "aging in place".

The focus group will be held in April 2014 at a location
to be determined. If you are interested in participating
in the focus group, call 216-291-3902 or send an
