Lorna A. Zeller, Compliance Standards Officer (CSO)

The Office of Compliance Standards (OSC) provides services to the City's residents, business community, and employees, in the areas of: Strategic Planning/Economic Development, Police Compliance, and Human Resources.  The Compliance Standards Officer (CSO) work in partnership with the Mayor and Departments Heads.
