The Board of Zoning and Housing Appeals meets the Tuesday after the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. (summer recess July and August)

All meetings are held in the City Hall Council Chambers :

Please Note:  All matters before the Board of Zoning and Housing Appeals must get final approval from City Council.  City Council meets the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month at 7:30 p.m.  (summer recess July and August)

or in person in the Building Department between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.   

The Building Department can be accessed from the back of the Municipal Complex.    

Make all checks payable to The City of Mayfield Heights.
