8.         RESOLUTIONS:

2007-10:        A Resolution authorizing an agreement with James G. Zupka, CPA, Inc. to provide professional accounting services for the City of Mayfield Heights.

2007-11:        A Resolution accepting a certain bid for firefighter turnout gear (Fire Force, Inc.)

9.         ORDINANCES:  None.

10.             MOTIONS:

To authorize the purchase of 17 firefighting hoods @ $17.00 for a total of $289.00 and 17 pairs of firefighting gloves @ $35.00 for a total of $595.00 from The Firehouse, Inc.
