8. RESOLUTIONS:

 

2010-1: A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights, in denying to Brilliant Electric Sign Co., Ltd., on behalf of Hillcrest Hospital, a request for a variance to place a 117 sq. ft. secondary sign on the east elevation of the bed tower for the location known as 6780 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Height, Ohio.

 

2010-2: A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights, in granting to Brilliant Electric Sign Co., Ltd., on behalf of Hillcrest Hospital, a request for a variance to place a 50 sq. ft. secondary sign on the west elevation of the hospital for the location known as 6780 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

 

2010-3: A Resolution confirming the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights, in granting to Wholesale Channel Letters, on behalf of Mattress Warehouse, a request for a variance for a channel letter sign on the front elevation which is not substantially similar to the existing cabinet type signs on the continuous façade, at the location known as 6020 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

 

2010-4: A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights, in granting to Demer & Marniella, LLC, on behalf of Franchise Operations, Inc., a request for a variance to place a 4' round secondary sign on the east elevation at the property known as 6251 Mayfield Road (Burger King), Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

 

2010-5: A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights, in denying to Demer & Marniella, LLC, on behalf of Franchise Operations, Inc., for a variance to place a 4' round secondary sign on the west elevation at the property known as 6251 Mayfield Road (Burger King), Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

 

2010-6: A Resolution authorizing an agreement with James G. Zupka, CPA, Inc. to provide professional accounting services for the City of Mayfield Heights.

 

2010-7: A Resolution accepting a quotation for vision insurance (Ameritas Group).

 

2010-8: A Resolution accepting a quotation for medical and prescription group health insurance (Medical Mutual of Ohio).

 

9. ORDINANCES:

 

2010-1: An Ordinance enacting Chapter 1370 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Mayfield Heights, pertaining to temporary structures and temporary enclosures.

 

2010-2: An Ordinance amending Chapter 1171, Section 1171.06 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Mayfield Heights, pertaining to noncombustible exteriors required (Temporary structures). (First Reading, public hearing to be held February 22, 2010 at 7:15 P.M.)

 

2010-3: An Ordinance amending Chapter 1173, Section 1173.06, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Mayfield Heights, pertaining to noncombustible exteriors required (Temporary structures). (First Reading, public hearing to be held February 22, 2010 at 7:15 P.M.)

 

10. MOTIONS:

To confirm the decision of the Planning Commission approving a final site plan for a 113 sq. ft. dining room addition and a 7,010 sq. ft. classroom addition for Lander Elementary School, 1714 Lander Road.

 

To reject all bids for the Ross C. DeJohn Community Center renovations and readvertise.
