2009-29: A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights in granting to Jimmy Johns Gourmet Sub Sandwich Shop, approval for an eight (8) space parking variance, conditioned upon execution and acceptance of a declaration of restrictive covenant, in order to open a counter service restaurant at the location known as 1314 SOM Center Road.
2009-30: A Resolution accepting a certain bid for vehicles (Marshall Ford).
