9. RESOLUTIONS:

 

2008-68: A Resolution proclaiming October 2008 as "Domestic Violence Awareness Month."

 

2008-69: A Resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor.

 

2008-70: A Resolution requesting the County Auditor to advance real property and tangible personal property taxes from the proceeds of tax levies pursuant to Section 321.34, Ohio Revised Code.

 

2008-71: A Resolution approving the admission of the City of University Heights as a new member of the NORMA Self-Insurance Pool, Inc.

 

10. ORDINANCES:

 

2008-18: An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for and on behalf of the City of Mayfield Heights with the District Board of Health of the County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio.

 

11. MOTIONS:

 

To confirm the decision of the Planning Commission approving a final site plan for a 1,400 sq. ft. addition to the Parker Hannifin Cafeteria, 6035 Parkland

Boulevard.

 

To authorize payment of $14,395.19 to Great Lakes Petroleum Company for diesel fuel for various departments.
