8.         RESOLUTIONS:

2007-28:        A Resolution providing for the employment of a traffic engineering firm for the City of Mayfield Heights.

2007-29:        A Resolution confirming the action of the Planning Commission of the City of Mayfield Heights in approving the final site plan for the addition of a 2,816 square foot fueling facility at the Costco Store located at 1409 Golden Gate Boulevard, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

2007-30:        A Resolution authorizing the City of Mayfield Heights to enter into a competitive video service agreement with Ohio Bell Telephone Company DBA  AT &T Ohio Telephone Company.

9.         ORDINANCES:

2007-27:        An Ordinance amending Chapter 763 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Mayfield Heights, Ohio, pertaining to peddlers and solicitors.

10.             MOTIONS:

To authorize the Mayor to purchase 15 Model AR1234 rifles and two magazine loaders from Rock River Arms in the amount of $13,771.00.
