ORDINANCES: None. 10. MOTIONS: To advertise for bids for the 2007 road program. To confirm the decision of the Planning Commission approving the preliminary site plan for a new 12,900 sq. ft. retail building for CVS Pharmacy, 1491 SOM Center Road, Eastgate Shopping Center. To confirm the decision of the Planning Commission approving the preliminary site plan for the addition of a fueling facility as an accessory use to Costco Wholesale at 1409 Golden Gate Boulevard. TABLED ITEMS: Resolution 2007-19: A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights, in denying to Gerald Spuzzillo on behalf of Panini’s, a 40 space parking variance to add a 1,600 sq. ft. outdoor seating area to the restaurant, at the location known as 6289 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Heights, Ohio. (on 4/30/07) To confirm the decision of the Planning Commission approving the preliminary site plan for a new 1,600 sq. ft. outdoor seating addition for Panini’s Bar and Grille, 6289 Mayfield Road. To authorize the purchase and installation of two Mobile Data Terminals (MDT) for the Police Department from TAC Computer in the amount of $14,550.
