8.         RESOLUTIONS:

2007-15:        A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Cleveland Clinic Health Systems - East Region (CCHS-East Region) and Cosmo, LTD. (COSMO) in conjunction with the reconstruction and widening of existing Mayfield Road, U.S. Route 322 and declaring an emergency.  (Third reading)

2007-18:        A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights, in granting to Gerald Spuzzillo, on behalf of Panini's, a variance to conduct outdoor sales (food service/dining) in conjunction with a proposed outdoor seating addition, at the location known as 6289 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

2007-19:        A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights, in denying to Gerald Spuzzillo on behalf of Panini's, a 40 space parking variance to add a 1,600 sq. ft. outdoor seating area to the restaurant, at the location known as 6289 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

2007-20:        A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights, in granting to Matt Casey of Zaremba Group, LLC, on behalf of CVS, a setback variance to construct a new CVS Store at the south end of Eastgate Shopping Center for the location known as 1491 SOM Center Road, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

2007-21:        A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights, in granting to HSB Architects, Inc., on behalf of Key Bank, approval to extend the building and use, at the location known as 1400 SOM Center Road, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

2007-22:        A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Mayfield Heights, in granting to Al Wangenheim, on behalf of Parkland Four, LLC, a variance to eliminate 32' of the required six-foot masonry buffer wall on the rear property line, at the location known as 6105 Parkland Boulevard, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

2007-23:        A Resolution recognizing the week of May 6-12, 2007, as Building Safety Week.

2007-24:        A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase a Case Backhoe with Hydraulic Breaker from Southeastern Equipment Company.

10.             MOTIONS:

To confirm the decision of the Planning Commission approving the installation of six panel antennas and an outdoor radio equipment platform on the existing rooftop for T-Mobile, Gates Mills Place, 6809 Mayfield Road.
