8. RESOLUTIONS:
2007-15: A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Cleveland Clinic Health Systems - East Region (CCHS-East Region) and Cosmo, LTD. (COSMO) in conjunction with the reconstruction and widening of existing Mayfield Road, U.S. Route 322 and declaring an emergency. (Second reading)
2007-16: A Resolution accepting the proposal of TAC Computer, Inc. to act as the City's computer consultant of the Police Department for a twelve month period commencing February 1, 2007 to January 31, 2008.
2007-17: A Resolution authorizing a consulting services agreement with LNE Group ("LNE") for the purpose of seeking and securing Federal funds to offset and supplement City funds expended for the Mayfield Road Project and declaring an emergency.
9. ORDINANCES:
2007-24: An Ordinance amending Chapter 1341, Section 1341.03 Fees, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Mayfield Heights, pertaining to rental properties.
