8. RESOLUTIONS:
2007-12: A Resolution adopting the 2007 Countywide All Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan for Cuyahoga County.
2007-13: A Resolution accepting a certain bid for asphalt (Midwest Paving & Materials).
2007-14: A Resolution accepting a certain bid for concrete (Ioppolo Concrete Corporation).
2007-15: A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Cleveland Clinic Health Systems - East Region (CCHS-East Region) and Cosmo, LTD. (COSMO) in conjunction with the reconstruction and widening of existing Mayfield Road, U.S. Route 322 and declaring an emergency.
9. ORDINANCES:
2007-22: An Ordinance amending Chapter 1335, Section 1335.13 (n) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Mayfield Heights, pertaining to fees for plumbing permits.
2007-23: An Ordinance making appropriation expenditures of the City of Mayfield Heights, State of Ohio, during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2007.
10. MOTIONS:
To obtain quotes for fuel (gas and diesel).
