(on 6/26/06, no suspension)

Resolution No. 2006-81: A Resolution confirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City, in granting to Eli Mahler, of Eli Mahler Associates, on behalf of Geppetto’s Pizza & Ribs Franchise Systems, Inc. and Catherine L. Mangino, a 24 space parking variance to open a sit down/carry out restaurant at 6230-6232 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Heights, Ohio. (on 11/27/06, suspension)
