CITY OF MAYFIELD HEIGHTS
SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
April 2, 2007

The special meeting of Council was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Council President Michael Ballistrea.

ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Mr. Michael Ballistrea, Mr. Ronald Kobunski, Mr. Sam Mercurio, Mr. David Sasak.
ABSENT: Mrs. Donna Finney, Mrs. Diane Snider, Mr. Howard Sonenstein.
Also present were Mayor Gregory Costabile, Mr. L. Bryan Carr, Mr. Robert Tribby and Miss Lisa Benedetti.

The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
Mr. Mercurio, seconded by Mr. Kobunski, moved to recess into executive session for personnel matters pertaining to the Police Patrolman Union. Roll Call on motion as stated: AYES: Mercurio, Kobunski, Sasak, Ballistrea. NAYS: None. Motion carried. Council recessed into executive session at 7:05 P.M. Council reconvened at 7:30 P.M.

Mr. Mercurio, seconded by Mr. Sasak, moved to accept the report of the fact finder pertaining to the Police Patrolman Union, OPPA. Roll Call on motion as stated:

AYES: Sasak, Mercurio, Kobunski, Ballistrea. NAYS: None. Motion carried.

There being no further business to come before Council, Mr. Ballistrea adjourned the meeting at 7:32 P.M.
