Notice is hereby given that Ordinance No. 2019-11 has been introduced before the Council of the City of Mayfield Heights, Ohio being an ordinance pertaining to the rezoning of Permanent Parcel numbers 861-29-003 through 861-29-005 and 861-29-014 through 861-29-026 (Corner of Cedar Road and Landerbrook Drive). The rezoning will be from U-2A(1); Planned Unit Development District to U-7; Headquarters or Executive Offices Park District.
Notice is further given that a public hearing will be held by the Council of the City of Mayfield Heights on said Ordinances at 6:45 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2019, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 6154 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.Said Ordinance is on file and available for public inspection at the office of the Clerk at said address.
